Feature and Application
It s a high-performance modified acrylic adhesive suitable for electronics, lighting, and other industries.
Applied to self-adhesive and self-adhesive materials such as hard plastics and metals, especially for the bonding of three-point voice coils, elastic waves, drum paper and other components in the center of speakers, the effect is excellent.
Advantage
It has superior properties such as low odor, strong adhesion, high temperature resistance, vibration resistance, good electrical insulation, good weather resistance, less shrinkage after curing, hard film quality, and strong permeability.
Application Method
1.When using a glue gun equipped with a mixer for gluing, the glue gun must be cleaned thoroughly. The mixed glue liquid should not stay in the glue gun for more than 1 minute to avoid clogging and affecting the gluing process.
2.After use, the spiral blades inside the glue gun should be removed and soaked in solution with the glue gun. After gluing, the sound gauge time (25 ℃) can be adjusted for 2-4 hours.
3.When the temperature is below 15 ℃, the viscosity and curing time of the adhesive change significantly, and the operational performance will decrease during gluing. At this time, the adhesive should be soaked in hot water and heated (or left in an oven at 35 ℃ -45 ℃ for 30 minutes) to raise the temperature to 25 ℃ -35 ℃. Stir evenly before gluing. When the temperature is low, the initial curing time will be extended, which can easily cause the adhesive to flow, The curing process should be accelerated by baking (the temperature should be within the range of 35 ℃ -45 ℃, baking for 5-10 minutes) until 12 hours before using the sound gauge.
4. The testing time for adhesive is 24 hours after application (at room temperature of 25 ℃ -35 ℃), and when the temperature is below 15 ℃, it should be extended to 48 hours.
Note
1) Maintain ventilation in the workplace and avoid contact with children.
2) If touching the skin or eyes during operation, rinse immediately with water or seek medical attention.
3) Do not mix the two adhesives before use, and do not cover the adhesive cap incorrectly after use.
4) Store in a cool, dry, well ventilated place and away from high temperatures.
5) When users use in bulk, please conduct experiments first. Avoid affecting the bonding effect due to improper operation.
